About the role


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and hit the ground running. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day, working with teams based onsite and offsite, staying ahead of the client needs, and on top of the quality and timely execution of projects in a fast-paced creative environment. You will need to be an excellent communicator and coordinator of many moving parts. You will thrive in this type of environment and have the skills to ensure you support and develop efficient, effective delivery. You will be able to effectively plan, control and close projects, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and have an appreciation of the connections between multiple projects, suppliers and client processes. What you''''ll do


  • Managing many stakeholders, team members and key resources through the end to end delivery of projects

  • Scoping and planning

  • Resource organisation

  • Budget creation, management and reporting

  • Risk mitigation and status execution

  • Obtaining timely signoff of deliverables, phase and final project acceptance documents

  • Supplier negotiations and management


About you


  • Proven track record at managing and delivering communications campaigns specifically in Pharma

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Financial acumen and good understanding of project profitability

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to get team members from different disciplines to come together as a team and ability to lead team members to deliver on schedule and within budget constraints in a constructive manner

  • Multi-tasking of multiple projects keeping abreast of current status and forward plans



To be considered you must have exceptional project management skills and a proven track record managing projects in a Healthcare marketing environment to great success. A talent for organisation and prioritisation. Experience developing work plans for projects. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently.
